i'm sorry to hear that you're using windows, i'm not surprised that you're having problems with it.

i hope this helps you, i think i stole it from somewhere.

1. reboot your computer.

2. reinstall windows.

3. repeat; until it "works".

4. give up and install _any_ other operating system.

5. live happily ever after.
